Why LoveServes?

There are 3.2 billion people who do not know Christ yet. We believe to reach people well, we must train pastors who in turn empower their churches to do the work of the ministry, a catalyst for community transformation.

Our Vision is to develop healthy churches in all nations, equipping God’s people to make disciples who make disciples (Matthew 28:19). 

LoveServes offers year-long coaching programs, both through Roundtable Pastor Peer Groups of 8-10 pastors and one-on-one mentoring, as well as various workshops to help pastors empower their members and engage them in community outreach. The coaches also focus on the pastors’ personal and family health to develop healthy church leaders. Through the extremely vital coaching ministry, pastors have received healing, expanded their vision, and undergone a paradigm shift to see themselves as pastors for the entire community.
