In 2020, during the Covid-19 crisis, 444 churches across the island reached 7,346 homes and provided relief. LoveServes churches saw the desperate need in their communities and began to “activate” to help their neighbors. Church members sacrificed from their own family’s table to provide food for neighbors in need. Read more on how God multiplied laborer’s relief efforts.
The churches collected the food and mobilized delivery of emergency food supplies to households in need. God multiplied the relief! Bravo supermarket found out about the outreach and donated $40,000 worth of food boxes to be distributed by the churches.

As we yearn to experience God, it makes sense to look for where God is already at work. When we join Him there, we have an opportunity to experience Him AND have kingdom-sized impact. God is working through LoveServes to develop healthy churches that love God and love people (Luke 10:27), God is already using this model to transform communities from the inside-out! Because of your generous support, churches in the D.R. lived out their LoveServes training and were noticeably present in their communities offering relief and the hope of the Gospel while the world shook with fear and uncertainty from the pandemic. God worked through YOU so He could work through these churches to impact their communities in love.
